The Department of Natural Resources says this will be the best "fall color season" since 2001. Reasons: cool fall nights, the wet spring, sunny summer and the invention of a brand-new fall color they're calling "Harvest Ochre." Manufactured by Dow Chemical, it will be sprayed on trees by the Department of Unnatural Resources. More
