New research from Kepner-Tregoe has found that just under half of companies — 45 percent — have implemented a strategic review in recent months. The research surveyed 500 senior U.K. business managers to analyze organizational approach to strategy, decision making and performance. It found that while organizations had implemented strategic reviews, more than a third of senior managers believed the initiatives recommended to improve organizational performance would fall far short of expectation.
