The series of articles on "green spas" has already covered a lot of important topics including principles, benefits and pitfalls of green spas as well as benchmarking and standards within this industry. The aim of this article is to give a brief description of the green spa guest. Generally speaking, people visiting green spas can be defined with many characteristics of typical spa goers. In 2011, there was a 77:23 split between female and male spa clients, according to the International Spa Association. However, there is a surge in men going to spas, which will continue to grow.
