El Paso City Hall gone from skyline in 10 seconds
El Paso Times
VideoBriefIt went as planned just like a scene straight out of a movie: A sequence of explosions — boom, boom, boom — and then the El Paso, Texas, City Hall came crumbling down. Set the stage for overall site compliance.
