Sponsorships at the NDA's Annual Convention
One of the best ways to support the National Demolition Association and its programs is by sponsoring an event at its Annual Convention. The NDA's show is the largest exposition of demolition equipment and services in the world.
There are numerous sponsorship opportunities available which include the cocktail reception before the Annual Banquet March 8, the two breakfasts March 6-7, the morning coffee breaks March 6-7, the room keys at The Mirage and several other excellent opportunities to market your product or service while supporting the NDA.
One of the easiest ways to support the Association is by sponsoring a golf hole or contest at our Annual Golf Tournament held this year at a new venue, the Paiute Golf Resort in Las Vegas. The new start-time is noon to allow our players to sleep in March 5.
The Golf Committee has expanded the sponsorships to a three-tier system for next year's 24th Annual Tournament.
$1,000 – 2 Golf Signs and 1 Golfer
$3,000 – 4 Golf Signs and 4 Golfers
The NDA really needs your support to expand its membership and programs. For more information contact the NDA at 1.800.541.2412 or email@example.com.
Architecture Billings Index reverts back into negative territory
American Institute of Architects Share
Following the first positive reading since January 2008, the Architecture Billings Index (ABI) dropped nearly two points in October. As a leading economic indicator of construction activity, the ABI reflects the approximate nine to 12 month lag time between architecture billings and construction spending. The American Institute of Architects (AIA) reported the October ABI score was 48.7, down from a reading of 50.4 the previous month. This score reflects a decrease in demand for design services (any score above 50 indicates an increase in billings). The new projects inquiry index was 61.7, down slightly from a nearly three-year high mark of 62.3 in September. More
