Unemployment in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area dropped to 7.6 percent in April, down from 8.3 percent a year ago. The pattern of decline was evident across the state as the rate declined to 7.7 percent for all of New York, compared to 8.5 percent in April 2010. More
