A Few Minutes with David Gabrielsen — Capital Premium Financing
David Gabrielsen founded Capital Premium Finance in 1988. It's a unique company run by — as you'll soon see — an executive with an equally unique business philosophy. Using words not often heard in business, like "share the wealth" and "family," David Gabrielsen's philosophy has built one of the most successful — if not the most successful — insurance premium financing firm in the nation. How successful? Try an average annual growth of 30% per year since he founded the company. But with a team of financial managers with 150-plus years experience in the business, that's not hard to imagine.

Cyber Attacks Frequency Staggering
We read about cyber attacks every day. A couple of weeks ago, it was the federal government and 14 million federal employees are impacted. Before that Anthem was hacked. Flood Insurance: Do Poor Cities Pay More?
Since Superstorm Sandy — and some say even as far back as Hurricane Katrina &mdas; the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) has been in hot water. Some in Congress — New York Sen. 'Tis the Season for Allergies
Sneezing, itchy eyes? For allergy sufferers, late spring and the explosion of life in plants and grasses makes it the worst season of all. And the worst possible place to live for an allergy sufferer is Oregon's Willamette Valley. For those not familiar with the geography, that would be Portland, Oregon, at one end, Eugene, Oregon, 100 or so miles away at the other end, and the state's capital, Salem, more or less in the middle.
