Obamacare: A rate hike analysis
It's less than four weeks before those without health
insurance will start registering in the Patient
Protection and Affordable Care Act health insurance
exchanges. Some are run by the states. Others by
the federal government. One purpose of the Obamacare online exchanges is to give people one place to go to
shop for insurance and to make that shopping easier. Another is to help drive down
rates. A huge debate is raging as to whether that will happen or not.
