The New York Times reports that an increasing number of men who don't want their eyebrows to look like Andy Rooney’s are making appointments with Ramy Gafni, a Manhattan eyebrow stylist whose celebrity clients include Britney Spears and Naomi Campbell.
Mr. Gafni charges $75 for a service he calls 'eyebrow sculpting.'

A new study suggests that the use of autologous platelet-rich fibrin matrix, also known as PRFM, yields good results in facial cosmetic surgery procedures, Reuters Health reports.
Study author Anthony
Sclafani, M.D., director of facial cosmetic surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, conducted a chart review of 50 patients who had undergone aesthetic facial procedures with autologous PRFM. The most common indications for treatment were nasolabial folds, facial volumization, superficial wrinkles and acne scars.
