American President Barack Obama signed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act in 2010. This act was put into place to authorize additional spending of money needed to help American citizens better care for their teeth.
However, with Congress currently butting heads in an effort to cut trillions of dollars out of the budget in order to raise the nation's debt ceiling, the PPACA could be in serious jeopardy.
