PSQI Tracheostomy Survey: Deadline to Complete Is May 26, 2011

The Patient Safety & Quality Improvement and Airway & Swallowing committees have developed a survey on tracheostomy and catastrophic outcomes. The goal is to gauge the experience of otolaryngologist-head and neck surgeons in caring for tracheotomies and potential complications. There are infrequent, catastrophic complications with significant adverse outcomes. However, these events are so infrequent that their occurrence is difficult to study from an institutional perspective. Please take 10-minutes to complete the survey. More

IRS/ISIAN Meeting Dates Have Changed

The International Rhinologic Society (IRS) and the International Symposium on Infection and Allergy of the Nose (ISIAN) just released new dates for their upcoming convention in the fall.
