Opportunities in TRB's Aviation Group
ACC
Mary Ellen Eagan, president and CEO of Harris Miller Miller & Hanson Inc. (HMMH), was recently appointed chair of the Aviation Group of the Transportation Research Board. The Aviation Group consists of nine committees that propose research, share research findings, sponsor special activities, and provide a forum for transportation professionals to discuss today's and tomorrow's aviation-related transportation issues.

Eagan has been an active member of ACC for over a decade, holding pivotal leadership roles in ACC airport planning, environmental and sustainability efforts, as well as providing important interaction with key leaders at FAA. Since 2012, Mary Ellen has held a position on the organization’s board of directors.

We had an opportunity to sit down with Mary Ellen to discuss her recent appointment, her history with TRB and the role TRB Aviation Group committees play in the industry.
