Atlanta Airport Clinic Will Offer Early Flu Shots

    Jacobs Receives Framework Contract From Manchester Airports Group in the U.K.

    Seoul Airport Funds Lightweight, Green Containers

    South Korea's Seoul International Airport is splitting the cost of new, lightweight cargo containers with three airlines as part of an effort to make air freight shipping more environmentally friendly. The airport's management group, IIAC, said it is providing 50 percent of the purchase price of the aircraft containers, which the airport will label "Incheon Airport, Green Cargo Hub."  More

    Registration Open for 2010 Symposium

    Registration is now open for the 2010 ACC/AAAE Airport Planning, Design & Construction Symposium, Feb. 24-26, 2010 in Atlanta. The symposium structure has been refreshed to include sessions for new and seasoned airport development professionals alike. Five concurrent technical workshops are scheduled under five tracks: planning; terminals and landside; airside; project management and construction management and, for the first time, a new track on sustainability. In addition, information technology will be a theme woven into each of the individual tracks. The program will also feature "super tracks" providing insights on decision-making in volatile economic times and plenary sessions with the latest perspectives from airports and the airlines.
