ACC Update on FY 2015 appropriations
ACC
An ACC Legislative Alert informed members of the latest Continuing Resolution (CR) passed by Congress. With no FY 2015 spending bills signed into law, the CR will keep federal agencies running through December 11, 2014 at FY 2014 levels. The results of the November elections could impact the future direction of the appropriations process and whether Congress will ultimately pass a large omnibus FY 2015 spending bill or, potentially, another short-term CR. ACC and its Security Manufacturers Coalition (SMC) are collecting testimonials on the impacts should there be multiple CRs this coming fiscal year. The legislative alert also provided an update on the FAA reauthorization effort. Contact TJ Schulz at tjs@acconline.org for more information.
