In 2011, make a resolution to enhance your ACSM membership by joining one of our 12 regional chapters. ACSM Regional Chapters are located throughout the U.S. and help members network with and learn from the many exercise science and sports medicine professionals in their area.

Six ACSM books are included in Doody's Core Titles in the Health Sciences 2010, a list librarians consult when acquiring new titles for their collections.

The six must-have books are: The list is aimed primarily at medical, nursing and allied health libraries. A core title is a book that represents essential knowledge needed by professionals or students in a given discipline and is highly recommended for the collection of a library that serves health sciences specialists. More than 200 librarians volunteer to select these titles in 2010.
