Industry coalition challenges EPA greenhouse gas regulations

The National Association of Manufacturers and other business groups today presented oral arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Washington, D.C., Circuit, challenging the Environmental Protection Agency's decision to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from stationary sources through the Clean Air Act.

    Indiana firm recalls uninspected frozen pizza sticks

    Pasou Foods of Syracuse, Ind., is recalling approximately 147 pounds of frozen, fully cooked, ready-to-eat pizza stick products because a meat ingredient used in the product may have been produced without the benefit of federal inspection, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service announced.
