    Listeria forces recall of Texas beef sausage

    Southside Market & BBQ of Elgin, Texas, is recalling approximately 2,373 pounds of ready-to-eat beef sausage products that may have been contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The smoked, fully cooked meat was distributed in Texas, California, Florida, Illinois and Louisiana. No illnesses have been reported.
