Rosa DeLauro, D-Conn., and Sam Farr, D-Calif., are calling on the White House Office of Management and Budget and the Department of Health and Human Services to request full funding for implementation of the Food Safety Modernization Act rather than continuing to consider user fees as a funding source.

Dole recalls spinach after nut contamination during harvest
