Vilsack says USDA ready for new farm policy

    In talks on budget deal, Boehner, Obama stand alone

    Plastic particles force recall of nearly 18 tons of chicken

    Georgia-based Suzanna's Kitchen is recalling approximately 35,800 pounds of breaded chicken products because they may contain pieces of plastic. The recall includes fully cooked chicken nuggets and chicken patties produced in March 2012 and September 2011.
