 Good

This is a tip for every receiving lawyer who lists with www.alqlist.com: Make the person who sends you the work look good with his or her client. It'll most certainly translate into more business.

In every case you have the opportunity to make your contact look good to his or her client, boss or management depending on the situation. Satisfied forwarders can quickly become friends of your firm. By providing excellent service, creating stand-out reports, demonstrating professionalism when meeting with creditors and generally doing the little things right, you can reassure the forwarder that he or she made the right choice by choosing your firm.

It's easy to grow complacent with your forms, but it's important that attorneys adapt them to conform with these changes.

Professional pit bulls to collect your money
Credit Bytes
Do collection agencies break legs, stalk customers, threaten to take a first born and call debtors at 2 a.m.? If it's a legitimate and professional agency that has been certified by Commercial Law League of America or the International Association of Commercial Collectors, the answer is an absolute NO. That said, there was a time in U.S. history when there were no laws or rules to follow, but whatever strategy Capone and others used, it does not apply in today's market place.
