Sales Tax Supports our Community Events and Amenities
By Chairman John Strong
Last weekend, many families like mine celebrated the Fourth of July in our local community by watching the annual parade and fireworks, attending community-sponsored concerts and events, or hosting their own BBQs. Through Bradley Corporation's Summer Sales Initiative, where they are donating a portion of their summer sales to Operation Rise & Conquer, they have raised $18,995 in the month of June, alone. This is a huge accomplishment with two months still to come in their initiative and another big step towards reaching ASA's 2015 goal of $100,000. This is also a great example of how ASA members are stepping up in their own ways to raise money for this program.More
