Industry Groups to DOL: 'Overtime Rules Will Crush Us'
American Supply Association

AD Legislative Fly-In a Resounding Success
American Supply Association

They all learned first-hand the impact that the PHCP-PVF industry has in their state and how policies made in Washington impact those businesses. With nearly 170 meetings arranged by ASA for over 200 attendees, Congress heard from the PHCP-PVF industry last week. The timing could not have been better, with a legislative solution being floated to counter the administration’s plans to increase the overtime threshold, members of AD made a lasting impact on their elected officials and played an important role in advancing an issue critical to the business community.
