Toyota wants its U.S. car dealers to stop ordering more than 200 replacement parts made in Japan because it's worried about running out of them. expand scrutiny of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and other agencies' rules. The House GOP-backed measure, H.R. 10 — "Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny (REINS)" Act — would require the U.S. Congress to approve major agency rules. The Senate is considering alternatives to the House measure, and many critics believe that H.R. 10 will have difficulty passing the Senate in its current form.
