With the implementation of value-based purchasing and conditional reimbursement rates, health care organizations are universally focused on HCAHPS and Quality of Care Measures. Unfortunately, employee engagement is often NOT a key driver of HCAHPS and quality. Health care HR professionals have a unique opportunity to uncover what drives these important outcomes using employee surveys. During this one-hour webinar, we will share a case study on how to create the right employee opinion survey, use analytics to connect employee attitudes with HCAHPS and quality measures — and help front-line managers create outcome-focused action plans.

By attending, you will learn an approach to employee surveys that:
  • Aligns your survey data with your patient-focused metrics
  • Identifies the critical few HR drivers of HCAHPS and quality
  • Creates reports for all leaders focused on the drivers of HCAHPS and/or quality
  • Creates outcome-focused action plans for all leaders.
