Don't Miss the Institute's Diversity Dialogue

An inclusive work environment is not a happy accident. It requires us to challenge those we work with and ourselves to honestly see how we interact with "others," identify the biases we all possess as a result of the way we’ve been socialized, and manage through those biases successfully. "The Hero's Journey,"scheduled for Wednesday, September 30th from 12-1:30 pm CT and presented by Jeff Mangrum, will provide the tools and skills supervisors/managers need to guide discussions of diversity and inclusion under ideal and less than ideal situations.

Please visit our Web site at for more details and registration. As always, Diversity Dialogues are FREE for Institute members and $80 for non-members. If you have questions, please contact us at We look forward to your participation in this event.
