Each day, we face multi-dimensional challenges in our lives. These include dealing with the effects of the economy on our financial goals, like paying down debt, buying a home, saving for retirement and caring for older adults, which takes time and money.

As these factors complicate the decision process, the question becomes: How do you cut through all the messages that our employees receive daily and engage them in making informed choices to help improve their financial wellbeing?

Join employee engagement specialists from TIAA-CREF and Temple University Health System (TUHS) as they discuss how to get people thinking differently about financial wellbeing and retirement readiness. TUHS representatives will share how their organization approaches employee engagement and financial wellbeing among 9,000+ employees across four member hospitals, including an academic medical center, various ambulatory care centers and physician practices in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Learning Objectives
  • Gain insight around how to move employees along a continuum of healthier financial behavior
  • Learn strategies to help cut through the messaging clutter your employees experience daily

Cultural fit: A cop-out for discrimination?
Human Capital Magazine Online
