The application period is now open for the PFD Research Foundation Grants. Foundation research funds are made available to qualified AUGS members to pursue their research question. Goals of this research grant program are to support the completion of research projects which will lead to publication and presentation at future AUGS Annual Scientific Meetings and to support the development of junior researchers in the field who will go on to obtain additional funding for future research on pelvic floor disorders. The application period for the PFD Research Foundation Grant Cycle will close on March 1.
The American Urogynecologic Society (AUGS) and the American College of Surgeons (ACS) are pleased to announce a scholarship available to U.S. Fellows, Associate Fellows and Resident Members in good standing of both AUGS and ACS. Applicants must be at least 30 years old, but under 60, on the date that the completed application is filed.
The scholarship supports attendance and participation in the Executive Leadership Program in Health Policy and Management, which will take place June 3-9, 2018 at Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
The deadline for receipt of all application materials is Feb. 1, 2018. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of the selection committee’s decision by early April 2018. View more details on the scholarship.
2017 has been another successful year for AUGS. We launched a new website and online community, expanded our series of patient fact sheets and hosted another successful annual meeting at PFD Week 2017 in Providence, RI.
