New FINTRAC regulations take effect Feb. 1st

New FINTRAC regulations, finalized by the federal government in 2013 to meet its international obligations, take effect Feb. 1st. CREA has been lobbying for over two years to reduce the administrative burden and make it easier for members to comply. Indeed, significant progress has been made.
