A bidding war means you'll need a strategy
Toronto Star
Though stressful, bidding wars are a seller's dream. After all, when multiple buyers try to outbid each other for a property, it means more money. It's a dream that has become reality for some homeowners as competition for available homes, particularly in the GTA and parts of the province where supply is limited, has resulted in some properties selling for $100,000 or more over the asking price.

Professionalism? A resounding 'Harumpf'
Real Estate Magazine
I have to respond to Lloyd Manning's December article ("Can We Call Ourselves Professionals?") with a resounding "Harumpf!" First, let's be clear: I am an old fogey. I am 60. But this story is a classic case of “the world is going to rack and ruin” and "the youngins don't know what they're doing" and "the world ain't what it used to be." These sorts of vague accusations about Realtor or industry ethics bother me, because I have experienced the opposite.
