Important notice: Shutting down Moodle 1.9
BREB
OREA Real Estate College recently upgraded its online learning platform to Moodle 2.7. As a result, in-progress users on the old platform will have until June 30, 2015 to complete their online courses. After June 30, the site will be retired and no longer accessible.

Students failing to complete their online course by June 30 will be re-enrolled into OREA's new online platform, and required to start the course from the beginning. No course history is carried over to Moodle 2.7.

Mortgage insurer Genworth follows CMHC in raising premium

Genworth Canada says it will be increasing the premium for some of its mortgage insurance, starting June 1, matching a move announced recently by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. The rate will go up by 15 per cent for buyers who have a downpayment of 10 per cent or less.
