is the national day of Canada, a federal statutory holiday celebrating the anniversary of the July 1, 1867, enactment of the British North America Act, 1867 (today called the Constitution Act, 1867), which united three colonies into a single country called Canada within the British Empire. The holiday was renamed in 1982, the year the Canada Act was passed. Canada Day observances take place throughout Canada as well as among Canadians internationally.

The report from real estate firm CBRE was provided exclusively to the Financial Post and shows the Greater Toronto Area has become the tightest market in North America for industrial space, with a 4.2 per cent availability — the ratio of available space to total rentable space.

Real estate marketplace Point2 Homes reports record-breaking traffic growth of 76 per cent

Maintaining a constant streak of records in terms of traffic, mobile visits and real estate leads, Point2 Homes attracted 76 per cent more unique visitors in May 2015 compared to the same month last year, while visits via search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) surged by 113 per cent. Even though title insurance is not a requirement in Ontario (there is no law in Ontario which requires purchasers to obtain title insurance), most lenders require purchasers to obtain a title insurance policy before they will provide a mortgage.
