India: M&M expects tractor segment growth by 5-7 per cent

Mahindra & Mahindra Farm Equipment Sector today said that they expect a growth of over 5-7 per cent in overall tractor sales during the current financial year, in tune with the likely growth of the country’s tractor sector. This growth is possible in spite of tough market environment and relatively unsteady monsoon. The growth during this year may not be to the levels achieved last year (about 12 per cent) yet it will see a growth of about 5-7 per cent.
