• The purpose of Canada East Equipment Dealers' Association is to promote and enhance the general welfare of retail equipment dealers primarily in the Province of Ontario and Maritime Provinces.

• Our mission is to promote and enhance the general welfare of our dealer members by providing a timely source of industry information, representing dealer interests in government regulation and legislation, enhancing dealer and employee education, supporting equitable dealer/manufacturer relations and offering specific business-related services which enhance the success and profitability of dealer members.

JCB announces 3 new backhoes, wheel loaders, and engine
Equipment World
For the rental market or budget-conscious contractors, JCB now offers what it calls a "low-spec" 3CX backhoe with a 14-foot dig depth. This comes with a standard open cab, synchroshuttle manual transmission, manual levers and a 74 horsepower, Tier 4 Final Ecomax engine. A triple-gear hydraulic pump allows the operator to drop the engine speed but still maintain high hydraulic flow rates for demanding applications.

Weighing enters the wireless age

They started the company to bring new mobile monitoring technology to agriculture and other industries. The first application is grain carts. Load cells that measure weight on the cart are attached to a small, battery-powered electronic device using Bluetooth technology to link wirelessly to a smartphone or tablet equipped with an app.
