Exports of American-made agricultural machinery increased 29 per cent to total $7.2 billion for the first half of 2012 compared to January-June 2011, according to the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). Honda returns with popular motorcycles for 2013

Due to popular demand, Honda says its returning with many of its best-selling models for 2013. The returning motorcycles in Honda's 2013 lineup include the Honda Gold Wing, which sees U.S. sales approaching 550,000 units since its introduction in 1975, and there most famed cruisers — the Rebel 250, the Shadow 750 line that includes the Aero, Phantom, RS and Spirit, the Fury, the Sabre, the Statline, and the Interstate. Honda will also return with the classic dual-sport XR650L, and the entry-level sportbike that continues to challenge riders of Kawasaki's Ninja 250 — the CBR250R. For 2013, the CB250R will be available in three new color schemes, including Repsol colors like the ones in MotoGP. More

Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers is expecting two sell close to 1,350 pieces of equipment in two Australian auctions later this month. Ritchie Bros. will sell close to 700 equipment items in an unreserved auction at its Brisbane auction site, including more than 45 wheel loaders, 40 hydraulic excavators, 25 articulated dump trucks, 10 prime movers and more. Highlights include four Caterpillar 777F rock trucks, an unused 2012 Cat 980K wheel loader, four Caterpillar 972H wheel loaders, three unused 2012 Volvo A40F 6x6 articulated dump trucks and a Caterpillar D10T crawler tractor. More

Cummins Power Generation, announced the release of four new diesel generator sets using the QSB7 and QSL9 engine platforms. The new models include 175, 200, 275 and 300 kW power nodes. Both engine platforms feature a common rail fuel system with proven electronic controls for precise engine manipulation and low-maintenance filter assemblies to minimize downtime. All models comply with the EPA Tier 3 emission requirements for emergency standby applications. More
