Massey Ferguson, Woods Equipment enter into agreement
Farm Equipment
Massey Ferguson, a tractor brand of AGCO, and Woods, an implement and attachment brand of the Farm, Ranch, and Agriculture Division of Blount International, have joined together. Woods rotary cutters, finishing mowers, flail shredders, rear-mounted snow blowers and landscape equipment will be painted to match Massey Ferguson tractors and will be available at participating Massey Ferguson dealerships. Some Massey Ferguson dealers already carry Woods products. Now, many more Massey Ferguson dealers will have an opportunity to sell the combined equipment.

New range of hedgecutters hit Irish market

Twose of Tiverton, manufacturers of Hedgecutters, Rollers, Yardscrapers and Front Presses will introduce their new 2014 Red range of Hedgecutters at the Farmec Ireland stand at the National Ploughing Championships this year. Claas plans new network

Claas had to adjust quickly after Kramer's decision last spring to get out of the agriculture business. Kramer had sold and supported Claas's Lexion combine for 15 years, and there are customers who still need sales and service support across the Prairies. A new retail location, Tingley's Harvest Centre in North Battleford, SK, was established, and now another dealership is opening: Canada West Harvest Centre near Regina.

Titan Machinery reports revenues of $451 million
Farm Equipment
Titan Machinery has reported financial results for the fiscal second quarter and first six months ended July 31, 2014. For the second quarter of fiscal 2015, revenue was $451.0 million, compared to $488.2 million in the second quarter last year. Equipment sales were $320.1 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2015, compared to $358.4 million in the second quarter last year.
