The host cities for the Amgen Tour of California professional cycling road race announced include many in the Central Valley. Cyclists expected to be in the eight-day race, considered to be America's most important and prestigious cycling race, include Lance Armstrong, Levi Leipheimer, Dave Zabriskie and George Hincapie.
