The study is entitled INternational Femoroacetabular impingement Optimal Care Update Survey. (IN-FOCUS) and is spearheaded by Dr. Moin Khan, Dr. Femi Ayeni, Dr. Mohit Bhandari. In the early 1960s, President Lyndon Johnson enrolled 20 million elderly Americans into medicare in six months. There were no websites. They did it with index cards.

La solvabilité des régimes de retraite canadiens a continué de s'améliorer au cours du quatrième trimestre de 2013, grâce au solide rendement des actions ainsi qu'à la hausse des taux d'intérêt à long terme. Selon une étude de la firme Mercer, près de 40 pour cent des régimes de retraite sont pleinement capitalisés, comparativement à 6 pour cent au début de l'année 2013.

Immigration minister tells Ontario: Pay for refugees' health care yourself

After Ontario began providing health care to many refugees, the federal government has firmly closed the door on either restoring the program it cut 18 months ago, or helping to pay for it. Ontario Health Minister Deb Matthews has said she will present the federal government with a bill for the program the province set up to fill gaps after federal cuts to refugee health care.
