Hawaii resort land entitled for 319 timeshare units on the market for $35 million

An 11-acre piece of undeveloped land fully entitled for 319 timeshare units within the Waikoloa Resort on Hawaii's Big Island is on the market for $35 million, according to a sales listing obtained by PBN. The fee-simple property is located along the Kohala Coast, which is known for luxury properties such including the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, the Fairmont Orchid and the Mauna Kea Resort, and is surrounded by the resort's two golf courses.

2 more timeshare resale telemarketers plead guilty in Illinois

Nathan Christian, 31, of Boynton Beach, FL, pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud in connection with telemarketing. The investigation determined that Christian was a manager at C&G Marketing Associates, LLC, a Florida corporation that in 2009 defrauded consumers across the continent using the fictitious name, Premier Timeshare Solutions.
