2015 ARDA World Convention goes interactive with 'The Digital Zone'

This year's ARDA World Convention and Exposition will feature a digital content component — The Digital Zone — for attendees to interact with fellow attendees (and also non-attendees), speakers, and presenters about their experience at the industry's largest global networking conference and educational event in real-time.
The Digital Zone will broadcast from the center of the Exhibition Hall with an ongoing social media feed for attendees using the hashtag #ARDAWorld, and provide a daily digest on ARDA Insight's blog about top takeaways from educational wave sessions and forums at the end of each day.

Economists looking for further proof of a robust vacation-home market should head to New York's tony Hamptons. In the U.S., vacation-home sales jumped over 50 per cent in 2014, up from 717,000 homes in 2013, according to preliminary data from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), a trade group. And second-home sales are expected to continue climbing in 2015, says Lawrence Yun, NAR's chief economist.
Marriott International completes acquisition of Delta Hotels and Resorts for $134 million; becomes the largest full-service hotelier in Canada
Marriott International announced it has completed the acquisition of the Delta Hotels and Resorts brand and management and franchise business from Delta Hotels Limited Partnership, a subsidiary of British Columbia Investment Management Corporation. The transaction increases Marriott's distribution in Canada to more than 120 hotels and 27,000 rooms, making Marriott the largest full-service hotel company in Canada.
