A trust to preserve a beloved family vacation home

The home was dear to the client as a place for his family to gather, and he wanted to preserve it in perpetuity for his three grown children and any future heirs. He came to his financial adviser, Ted Cronin, with two concerns. First, he feared the maintenance costs would make it difficult for his heirs to keep the property.
