The Communication Management Professional (CMP) and Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP) certification exams will be offered by the Global Communication Certification Council (GCCC) at two times before the start of the 2019 IABC World Conference, at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m PDT on Sunday, 9 June.
You must apply for the CMP or SCMP path at least two weeks before the exam date and then, once you've been accepted, register for the exam at least one week prior to the exam date. Share your conference experience and stay connected with other attendees through the app's Activity Feed. Just tap the three lines in the top left of the screen to find "Activity Feed." The feed has three components:
• Event feed
Post directly to the app's event feed to have your photos and thoughts visible to attendees only.
• Social media
Use the hashtag #IABC19 to connect your experience with others. All tweets with the conference hashtag will be visible in the "Social Wall" in the activity feed. You can tweet directly from the app by connecting your Twitter account to the app in your profile. Just tap your photo to show your profile, then tap "Connect to Twitter."
The conference team will keep you up to date on conference news or events through notifications sent through the app. You'll find a list of all notifications from the event in the activity feed.
