Bermex Group has named its new High Point showroom building The Factory, a nod to the historical structure's past as the former Adams-Millis Hosiery Mill. The building at 400 W. English Rd. will house all 10 of the Louiseville, Quebec-based manufacturer's brands under one roof: Bermex, Bertanie, Dinec, Midi, Jaymar, Jaymar Mattress, Shermag, Liinz, Dezmo and the new D-10 Collection.

China is doing more to promote and develop its cotton-planting operation in four African countries, the Ministry of Commerce said on its website. Experts and analysts said the move will help to strengthen ties between China, Benin, Mali, Chad and Burkina Faso. It will also allow the cotton trade to take place under fairer conditions in accordance with the World Trade Organization's framework.

The Victoria and Albert Museum in London invited French designers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec to help celebrate the London Design Festival by transforming any V&A gallery space they chose with an installation. The Bouroullecs selected the Raphael Court, a cavernous space displaying seven grand-scale Raphael "cartoons."
