The Kansas Department of Health and Environment invites you to attend the 2014 series of regional community meetings, Impacting Population Health. This year discussions will address connecting local community health assessments and improvement plans with Healthy Kansans 2020, the state health assessment and improvement plan. Dr. Robert Moser, the State Health Officer and Secretary of KDHE, will attend each session and provide comments and information.
