The letter expresses strong support for the CLASS Act, provisions to expand Medicaid home and community-based services, Medicare Part D improvements and additional resources for enrollment assistance, and Elder Justice Act provisions, while suggesting that improvements be made to prevention and wellness and caregiver support provisions, among others.
