Preston Bailey broke one of his cardinal rules ("always use a dining tent!") for an all-white wedding held at a magnificent home on the Indonesian island of Java, with more than 1,000 guests in attendance. Bailey transformed the garden into an elegant open-air dining area, where the classically appointed tables featured both short and tall floral arrangements. The only hints of color came from the greenery and the amber glow of tea lights. More

The Daily Meal asked readers which 2012 food trend they are looking forward to trying the most, and Moroccan food received 60 percent of the vote. Nordic cuisine came in second, with 26 percent of the vote, and arancinis received 10 percent. Exotic fish dishes, such as paiche, fugu and toadfish, only received 5 percent. More
