The promise of being "first" is always seductive and for some companies, the decision to use LED lighting in their offices might be made for that reason alone, regardless of whether the technology is right for the application. Green building consultant Jerry Yudelson released his annual list of green building megatrends for 2012. Results from the National Electrical Manufacturers Association's latest business conditions survey showed the economic environment facing the North American electroindustry improved for a second straight month in November.
