Keystone College Ready for 08 - 09 NCWA Season from NCWA
Keystone College has put together a lineup of grapplers ready to represent there school colors at the start of the 2008 - 2009 season. Lead by team captains Will Lancenese and Ben Austin, the giants will be up against a tough northeastern conference but are determined to prevail.
Keystone has many returners to there lineup such as Ben Austin, Will Lancenese, Aldo Garcia, Jared Klinger, Ryan Cruts, Kyle Matulevich, Matt Williams, Tom Reidman and J.K. Krajewski.
The Giants have also rounded up many newcomers with a successful background in wrestling such as Phil Dunn, Adam Bisigani, Orlando Cuevas, and Tanner Starz. Other Newcomers such as Ryan Fegley, Brian Slater, and Ryan Marriott will be looking to have a successful season in there respected weight classes.
The Team will be coached by Adam Fitch and directed by Athletic Director Matthew Grimaldi.

Terry Brands Joins Brother’s Coaching Staff at Iowa
from The Hawk Eye Two-time World Champion and 2000 Olympic bronze medalist Terry Brands will return to the University of Iowa wrestling program to serve as an assistant coach. His twin brother, Tom, is the head coach of the Hawkeyes. Brands joins the Hawkeye staff after a three-year stint as USA Wrestling's National Freestyle Resident Coach in Colorado Springs, Colo. During his tenure, Brands worked with 2008 U.S. Olympic freestyle gold medalist Henry Cejudo and 2006 World champion Bill Zadick.

Henry Cejudo Headlines Group of U.S. Olympic Wrestlers Who Will Be Honored at the White House from TheMat.com Henry Cejudo was among a select group of American athletes who had an opportunity to visit the White House just prior to the 2008 Olympic Games. 100th Year of Lehigh Wrestling Has Begun
from The Morning Call The Lehigh wrestling team is back on the mats in preparation for the 2008-09 season. This season marks the 100th season of wrestling at Lehigh, and the centennial campaign is officially underway as the team, under first year head coach Pat Santoro, began preseason practice.

World University Champion Stephany Lee Ready to Make Run at Gold Medal at World Championships

She knocked off 2005 World champion Iris Smith to win the U.S. World Team Trials. Physical Therapists Say Appropriate Exercise Can Help Prevent ACL Injuries in Female Athletes
from Science Daily The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is urging female athletes to consider a new warm-up program to help lower their growing risk of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries. Concurring with a new study published in the American Journal of Sports Medicine (August 2008), APTA says specialized stretching, strengthening, agility and jumping exercises could lower the overall ACL injury rate among female athletes.
