National Soccer Hall of Fame Induction 2013 presented by Eurosport to be held Oct. 11

Former U.S. Men's National Team forwards Joe-Max Moore and Peter Vermes will be inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame on Friday, Oct. 11, in a ceremony taking place at 2 p.m. CT on the West Plaza of Sporting Park in Kansas City, Kan. The National Soccer Hall of Fame and U.S. Soccer will hold Induction 2013, presented by Eurosport, ahead of the U.S. MNT's FIFA World Cup Qualifier against Jamaica.

Germantown, Md., chosen to host 2014 US Youth Soccer National Championships

US Youth Soccer announced the dates and locations for the Regional and National Championships of the 2014 US Youth Soccer National Championship Series. The 2014 US Youth Soccer National Championships will be held at the Maryland SoccerPlex in Germantown, Md. "We are excited to be back at the Maryland SoccerPlex for the 2014 US Youth Soccer National Championships and look forward to working with the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association and the complex staff," said John Sutter, President of US Youth Soccer.
