While the annual Rural Ontario Municipal Association/Ontario Good Roads Association conference in Toronto normally is a chance for local delegates to bend the ears of various ministers, there won't be any of that for Fort Frances' reps this year.
Mayor Roy Avis, Couns. John Albanese and Rick Wiedenhoeft, and Fort Frances CAO Mark McCaig will attend the Feb. 26-29 conference.

Norjohn Contracting and Paving Limited builds roads with 100% reclaimed asphalt pavement.
We process your stockpile of RAP, spread it with a specialized mix paver that introduces asphalt emulsion, and compact it to create a robust base.
The process is an excellent and inexpensive way to add structural strength to an existing road, or to convert low volume gravel roads into pavements that can support higher traffic counts.
