Steelers in the Super Bowl. "A little bit cheaper than flying and that

Law Enforcement Investigates a Rash of RV Burglaries

A rash of recreational vehicle burglaries have taken place recently
throughout the Truckee Meadows in Reno, Nev., according to law
enforcement. From Dec. 19 through Jan. 8, seven different locations
were hit. Four businesses in Reno, one in Sparks and two in Washoe
County's jurisdiction. There have been numerous victims at each
business, and what's even more surprising is people are reporting their
RV's are being burglarized at home. Police say the thieves are taking
television's, stereos and valuables. More

which has become a favorite place to park for scores of otherwise
homeless people living in cars and campers. The practice has ignited a
mini-uprising among residents living in the pricey coastal community.
The number of cars and recreational vehicles has swelled so much over
the last year that Los Angeles Councilman Bill Rosendahl, who
represents the city's coastal areas, has proposed creating special
zones away from neighborhoods where people can sleep in their vehicles.
